DCIU processes and investigates formal discrimination complaints. To file a complaint, please use Form EEO-0004 . The discrimination complaint process is designed to provide applicants and employees of the Department with a uniform method for voicing complaints of discrimination and ensure such complaint receives prompt and impartial consideration in order to bring about satisfactory resolution at the lowest possible level.

TRU's purpose is to increase the understanding of equity and inclusion in Caltrans employees by providing training and resources that promote inclusion and acceptance of our diverse workforce. Through training, we intend to reduce EEO related incidents and complaints throughout the organization.
